Dance Injury & Rehabilitation Workshop

August 5–7, 2024 | Beijing, China

As part of our ongoing exploration into science-backed dance education, this 3-day workshop focused on injury prevention and recovery for dancers of all ages.

A highlight of this edition was the special session led by Dr. Gang, a dance medicine specialist based in Beijing. His lecture offered case-based insights into common injuries in dance, with a particular emphasis on hip external rotation development in young dancers. The discussion opened up a new perspective on how anatomical understanding and clinical rehabilitation can directly enhance teaching methods and training results.

This program is part of our long-term commitment to redefining how dancers train—through a multidisciplinary approach that blends movement science, body awareness, and performance longevity.
